• Our collections are designed to meet the diverse cultural and regional preferences of our clientele.

2. Orders & Payments:

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or our official contact channels.
• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required to process and confirm the order.
• The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or as per the agreed terms.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted only via bank transfers. No other payment methods, such as credit cards or cash, will be entertained.

3. Delivery & Shipping:

• Delivery timelines will be communicated during the order confirmation process and may vary based on order size and customization.
• Orders will be dispatched once the full payment is received and verified.
• Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping costs will be informed at the time of order confirmation. Shipping partners are carefully chosen to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) will be communicated promptly.

4. Returns & Refunds:

• Returns: Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. Clients must notify us of defects within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• The returned items will be inspected thoroughly before any refund or replacement is processed.
• Processing Time: Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days of the return approval.
• Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a proven defect.
